After eighteen years of successful work, the Faculty managed to gather the most eminent professors of Islamic sciences in the region, and to form its own staff that is able to easily carry the burden of the largest part of the scientific and educational process at the Faculty. The teaching-scientific council suggested to Mešihat that the organization of postgraduate studies (master's and doctoral) be approved at the Faculty. Bearing in mind that the Faculty is an affiliated member of the International University, and that it already has sufficient capacities, Mešihat approved this request, and since 2013, this type of teaching has been successfully implemented.

The Faculty of Islamic Studies has been successfully organizing master's studies in Islamic studies for seven years. The organization of these studies, in addition to being important for the development of the Faculty, is extremely useful and important for graduates of basic studies, who in this way get the opportunity for professional training and advancement, both on a personal and professional level.
